Shooting Targets USA guarantees our steel targets and target systems against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.
WHAT IS COVERED
- Weld failures under normal use
- Steel failure (cracking or breaking) when used within specified caliber and distance ratings
- Manufacturing defects out of the box
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Pitting or cratering caused by using armor-piercing, steel-core, green tip, or bi-metal ammunition
- Damage caused by shooting the target with calibers larger than it is rated for
- Damage caused by shooting the target closer than the recommended safe distance
- Normal wear and tear, including paint chipping and superficial surface marks
- Damage to brackets, stands, or mounting hardware caused by direct bullet impacts (these are considered consumable items)
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
If you believe your product has failed due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately with:
- Your original order number
- Clear photos of the damaged product
- Details about the ammunition used and the distance fired from
We will review your claim and, if approved, replace the defective part or target at no cost to you.
